Available positions:

Executive Assistant

Applications are now sought for the following full time role.  A contract position until December 2021.

The purpose of the role of Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is to provide high level confidential administration support in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business including strategic planning initiatives.

Duties include, however are not limited to;

  • Manage diary and screen all calls / appointments and correspondence for the CEO
  • Manage travel including airline bookings, preparation of itineraries, organisation of meetings, airport transfers, car hire and accommodation for the CEO and other senior executives as required
  • Attend meetings of Executive, and ad hoc meetings as required to participate and take minutes
  • Draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO
