Mount Gambier is the second largest city in South Australia, and is renowned for its beautiful geographical features. The town has a rich and diverse landscape – from caves, volcanoes, lakes, oceans, and forests, to parklands and flourishing gardens. With a population of 26,276 people, Mount Gambier is an important rural centre, and is supported by many industries, including agriculture, forestry, and tourism. There are many services and amenities in the town, including schools, sports clubs, gyms, cinemas, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, department stores, several key retail districts and shopping precincts, and even a Krispy Kreme outlet! There are also many things to do, including visiting Riddoch Art Gallery, South Australia’s major regional art gallery.
