Frequently asked questions​

Certificates are issued when all components of the course are completed including the end of course evaluation form. Certificates are emailed to the email address registered with your NBCSP Learning Hub account. Sometimes emails can be directed to spam/junk folders, so please check those folders in your inbox too.

Certificates are issued if you registered for and attended the event, within 1-2 weeks after the event is held. Certificates are emailed to the email address used when you registered for the event. If you have an existing online account for the NBCSP Learning Hub, use the reset password function to reset your password.
