Evaluation
Evaluation
We measure education impact beyond attendance and completion rates.
Our evaluation approach examines engagement, knowledge development, confidence uplift and intention to change, alongside follow-up insights into how learning is applied in practice.
By interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data, we help organisations understand whether education has influenced behaviour, improved capability and contributed to meaningful change.
Here are some of the elements we measure when we partner with organisations:
- registration and attendance data
- completion rates
- pre- and post-activity assessments
- learner feedback and satisfaction scores
- self-reported confidence ratings
- intention-to-change statements
- follow-up surveys or interviews
- qualitative reflections or case examples
- indicators of practice improvement or service change
Reporting throughout the partnership is also essential to ensure we’re capturing the right information and can pivot if any element isn’t hitting the mark.
An advantage of working with an agile, expert team is the ability to efficiently tweak and perfect processes along the way without being hamstrung by red tape and bureaucracy.
