About this Program
This online course has been created to assist care finders or other interested professionals to navigate the housing and homelessness sectors and identify resources and opportunities to support the needs of their clients.
This service is supported by funding from Country SA PHN through the Australian Government’s PHN Program.
The course takes around 1.5 hours to complete.
Program Content
Learning Outcomes
After completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Identify and navigate homelessness sector services in the context of supporting vulnerable clients
- Engage with the housing sector to identify housing opportunities, eligibility criteria, and support application processes for clients
- Engage and maintain relationships with clients to deliver timely, efficient, and relevant support
- Identify options for ongoing client support
