Practice Managers frequently find themselves ‘wearing different hats’ as they face the day-to-day challenges of managing a fast-paced practice and as a result, often put themselves last.

We wish to congratulate our six Practice Managers  whom have recently successfully completed the sixteen-week Practice Review Project for Practice Managers (PRPPM), funded by Country SA PHN and delivered in conjunction with GPEx.

This collaborative coaching program, delivered by business coaches Jody Bund and Corrine Allison worked in both a one-on-one capacity and group sessions with the Practice Managers from March to July 2020.

The program was individually tailored allowing participants to focus on areas of need relevant to them and their practice, culminating in a working strategic plan to serve as a blue-print for the future development and initiatives in their practice.

In dedicating time for structured and professional support, participants said they have since found increased confidence, enabling them to implement short and long-term strategies, which has resulted in smoother and more effective operations of each of their practices.

The overwhelming feedback from participants is that this could not have come at a better time…

‘As a result of completing the PRPPM, I have more confidence to deal with the issues we face daily as a practice. As a management team we are more focussed on how to make best improvements for our Business Owners’
