Obstetric Shared Care Program events

Project ECHO ® – Enhancing Obstetric Shared Care is a series of interactive case based virtual mentoring sessions that address a range of obstetric topics.

Discussion of deidentified patient cases and 20 to 30-minute presentations by our Expert Panel Specialists aims to increase obstetric knowledge, skills and confidence in our accredited GPs.

Four sessions commencing on Wednesday 11th August 2026 via Zoom.

• Wednesday 11th August 2026: What to know and do before pregnancy and planning for the first antenatal consultation
• Wednesday 25th August 2026: Co-occurring health conditions in pregnancy and pregnancy-induced conditions
• Wednesday 8th September 2026: Nutrition and Exercise in pregnancy and post-partum
• Wednesday 25th September 2026: Perinatal mental health including anxiety in the antenatal period and benefits of physical activity
