gpex builds tailored digital learning environment for ReturnToWorkSA

gpex has partnered with ReturnToWorkSA to bring a suite of online education into a single, branded digital learning environment, improving the way participants access learning and how the organisation manages its education assets.

The project built on a long-standing relationship between gpex and ReturnToWorkSA, with gpex previously developing eLearning content across audiences and needs. Those courses grew into a sizeable education offering of about nine modules hosted and managed separately, with plans for another 15 modules in the learning suite.

gpex identified an opportunity to simplify the learning experiences by designing a purpose-built OneSite for ReturnToWorkSA. The goal was to bring courses, resources and supporting information together in one place, creating a seamless transition from the ReturnToWorkSA website into a dedicated learning environment.

The work required more than moving content onto a new platform. gpex considered the full learner journey – from finding the right course, navigating resources, to completing learning, and accessing support. Courses were grouped around audience needs, with the site structured to help participants quickly identify the learning most relevant to their role.

The solution also gave ReturnToWorkSA a more coherent way to manage its education offering. By consolidating hosting into one environment, the OneSite reduced fragmentation across courses, contracts, and systems, while supporting clearer oversight of learner access, progress, and completion.

The result is a branded digital education ecosystem that supports both participant experience and organisational management. It demonstrates how gpex collaborates with clients beyond content development, applying education design, digital strategy and user experience thinking to create practical learning environments that are seamless to access, manage and sustain
