In just 60 minutes, you can help us identify what is working well, what motivates GP’s to join the program, and areas for innovation, you’ll receive $175 compensation and can self-log CPD points—all from the comfort of your home.

How Focus Groups Work

• Structured Discussion: You’ll be part of a small group (8-10 people), led by our experienced facilitators, Tom and Dana.
• Confidential Environment: You can speak freely and openly about your experiences, knowing that your feedback is anonymous and will be used solely for improvement purposes.
• Interactive Session: We’ll ask questions, listen to your insights, and encourage you to share ideas on how we can better support clinicians with models of shared care.
• Poll Participation: Before the session, you’ll complete a quick poll to guide the discussion, ensuring we cover the topics that matter most to you.

What Happens After You Register?
